If an impact occurs over the thresholds…notification sent
The S2 Digital Inspection with Impact Monitoring gets you to where you want to go.
Get Away from Paper and Capture the Forklift Inspection Digitally
The S2 Digital Inspection with Impact Monitoring does just that:
Add, delete, modify safety questions yourself in the Dashboard to tailor the information to what you need to capture.
Keep the list in a familiar order or shake things up by automatically randomizing the questions.
Use it as a communications tool with the operators to let you know of any additional items you need to be aware of.
Collect the data and let the Dashboard show you your operation by location(s), asset types, single asset, total inspections performed, failure and all the users.
Experience how easy it is for the operators to use and how rich the data collection becomes.

Here’s what else it can do:
If an authorized forklift driver logs in and tries to begin his/her workday without completing the forklift inspection, the incident is recorded and the forklift will become disabled.
If the authorized operator logs in, completes the electronic checklist but the forklift fails, the access control system will give the operator a warning to safely park the forklift because it’s going to turn off.
Make Operators Accountable when Impacts Occur with Other Vehicles and Racking Systems
How many times have you asked, “Who did this?” “How did this happen?” “How much will this cost?” “I just had the service company here repairing the racks last week!”
To reduce the amount of damage to the forklifts, racking system, product and other infrastructure elements, let the forklift operators be accountable for the driving behaviors.
Track the operator-login day and time associated with the forklift. Before the start of the shift, each operator needs to login and conduct the digital safety inspection. You’ll know when they started their shift, and you have record for when they end.
If applicable to your facility, the S2 will take a picture of the forklift operator. You’ll know who it was when the impact occurred. If someone else is on the forklift in place of the operator, you’ll have the evidence to show an unauthorized person on the vehicle.
Based on the information located in the Dashboard, you can now tailor operator training on where they need it most. Forklift training will potentially be different for an experienced operator versus a less experienced operator.
