An OSHA Compliant Safety Checklist with Predictive Analytics

TotalTrax customers have enjoyed an easy-to-use forklift inspection checklist. The questions in both systems are easy to read but the difference comes in answering the questions. Total trax has small buttons, while the SIERA.AI system has the large ‘thumbs up’ and ‘thumbs down’ answering system.

The SIERA.AI S2 Digital Checklist is a multi-lingual safety solution ensuring no one is left out. In addition, the warehouse or safety manager can also choose to randomize the questions, answers or both. This is critical when you are trying to capture accurate information. The forklift operators cannot memorize the order of the questions, instead they will have to read. Impact Detection

The SIERA.AI S2 safety system automatically comes with impact detection. The system tracks a variety of impacts in order to give you proactive insights into your facility. There are three types of impacts:

Low Impact – here ‘s a great way to understand low impacts. The driver steps on his brakes hard. The driver didn’t hit anything, but came close before he stepped abruptly on the brakes.

Medium Impact – This is where an impact occurs with another piece of equipment, racking system etc. It caused some damage, may be an injury and the situation will need to be assessed.

High Impact – This is when the G force was strong enough where plenty of damage is done and will most likely have injuries associated with the impact. With medium and high impacts, managers can get a real-time notification and quickly take action.

By capturing this information, you’ll be able to proactively assess where in the facility the impacts are occurring, know which forklift driver is on the lift truck, verify it with a picture, and decide if training, modification or a complete reconfiguration needs to be done in order to lower the risk.
